Goal: lose 10 lbs in 30 days!!!

Day 1 -On my way to better health!

  •  Breakfast: Isalean shake
  • Lunch: steak, rice
  • Snack: Isasnacks
  • Dinner: chicken, quinoa
  • Exercise: no extra, just a busy day at work

Day 2 - Weight @ 7:15 -.6lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean shake
  • Lunch:  tuna salad on pita, hard boiled egg
  • Dinner: chicken, quinoa, spelt risotto 
  • Exericse:  30 min treadclimber, 15 min weight training

Day 3 - Weight @ 6:30 - 1.2lbs total 

  • Breakfast: Isalean shake
  • Lunch: Aldi's Chicken LoMein
  • Mid-PM: 9 almonds
  • Dinner: Sushi and Summer Roll (625 cal)
  • Exercise: 20 min treadclimber

Day 4 - Weight @ 8:30 -1.4lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Isalean Bar
  • ​Dinner: Valentine's Date Night Splurge!

Day 5 - Weight @ 9:00 -.8lbs total 

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Isalean Bar
  • Snack: Raspberries, Hardboiled egg
  • Dinner: Chipotle Chicken Pasta
  • ​Exercise: Upper Body Workout

Day 6 - Weight @ 7:30 - 1.8lbs total

  • Cleanse Day#1 (we just followed the exact protocol)

  • Breakfast: IsaleanShake,1/2 banana
  • AM Snack:hummus with bell peppers
  • Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwich

  • Dinner: Roasted turkey breast, side salad, whole grain rice

Day 8 - Weight @ 7:30 -3.4lbs total!!!! (great 1st week)

  • Dinner: Spaghetti with turkey meat sauce
  • Exercise: 25 minutes treadclimber

  • ​Lunch: turkey sandwich, pimento cheese, peppers
  • Dinner: Grilled Mahi, spinach, pinto beans

Day 10 - Weight @ 7:30 -3.4 lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Grilled pimento cheese sandwich, lentil soup
  • PM Snack: 100 calorie Greek Yogurt
  • Dinner: Trader Joe's Pad See Ew, Tempura Shrimp (2)

Day 11 Cheat Day:)

  • Lunch: spaghetti with turkey meat sauce
  • Dinner: Pizza, beer
  • ​Exercise: 30 minutes treadclimber

Day 12 - Weight @ 7:00 -3.4 lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake, 1/2 banana
  • Lunch: Salad with goat cheese, turkey and low fat dressing
  • Snack: hummus, pita
  • Dinner: Chicken fajitas (no tortilla), chips with tinga dip​

Day 13 - Cleanse Day

Day 14 - Weight @ 7:00 -4.8lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans

  • Lunch: Panera Lentil Bowl with Chicken
  • Dinner: 6oz sirloin, sweet potato, spinach
  • Snake: 1/2 Isalean bar

Day 17 - Weight @ 6:15 -4.6 lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Piranha's Capiocola Sandwich 
  • Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad, asparagus

Day 18 - Cheat Day!!!

  • Breakfast: 1/2 Isalean bar
  • ​Lunch: Acme Feed and Seed fried chicken, french fries
  • Dinner: Red Lobster 1/3 Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, side salad, 1 buscuit, 3 vodka martinis

Day 19 - Weight @ 9:00 -4lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • ​Lunch: Vegetable soup
  • Dinner: Roasted Pork, Rice
  • Snacks: pita with hummus

Day 20 - Cleanse Day #3!!!

Day 21 - Weight at 7:00 am -5lbs total

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Jet's Pizza and salad
  • Dinner: Vegetable soup
  • Exercise: 30 minutes on treadclimber

Day 22 - Weight at 7:00 am -5lbs total

  • Breakfast Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Isalean Shake with 1/2 banana, 1 tsp PB, 1 HB egg
  • Dinner: ground turkey tacos, pinto bean, mexicorn
  • Exercise: 20 minutes treadclimber, 15 minutes weights

Day 23 - Weight @ 7:00 am -5.2lbs total

  • Breakfast:  Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Isalean Shake, 1tsp PB
  • Dinner:  ground turkey tacos, pinto beans, mexicorn
  • Exercise: 20 minutes treadclimber

Day 24 - Weight not taken

  • Breakfast: Isalean Shake
  • Lunch: Isalean Shake
  • Dinner: Chicken fajitas, grilled jalepenos, chips and salsa, 2 beers, (no tortillas or cheese)

Day 25 - Weight @ 7:00 am -5.6 total

  • Lunch: Isalean Shake with berries, 1/3 Isalean Bar
  • PM Snake: hummus with veggies
  • Dinner: Steak, grilled peppers and onions, fat-free refried beans, low fat sour cream

  • Lunch: steak, peppers and onions, fat-free refried beans

Day 1:  Woke up excited to begin

  • Lunch: tuna salad, hard boiled egg
  • Mid - PM: 2 Isasnakes
