Totty Chiropractic &Acupuncture

Providing elite level care in a casual environment

Our doctors are trained in a variety of techniques such as: Active Release Technique of the Spine, Pin and Stretch, Ischemic compression, PNF, PIR and gua sha. By reducing spasm, tension and the asymmetrical pull on the joints themselves our patients experience pain relief and reduction of inflammation quickly.

Soft Tissue techniques are used in conjunction with chiropractic manipulation and non-surgical spinal decompression to enhance results. Reducing the load on muscles, tendons and ligaments surrounding the injured site will speed up the rate of recovery for most patients.

By irritating nerves, subluxations interfere with the essential brain/body exchange,
thereby compromising the normal function of the body and its tissues. Chiropractic care clears the path for the body to maintain its own health.  Most pain syndromes respond positively to chiropractic care regardless of where it occurs in the body.  Chiropractors most commonly treat low back pain, neck pain, mid back pain,
headaches, arm and leg pain, fibromyalgia and sciatica.

Patient Testimonials

When I first came to Totty Chiropractic

of Mt.  Juliet, it hurt to do anything! After          my first few visits I felt so much better and  could finally sit without it hurting.  Dr. Liz and    Dr.  Derek are an amazing team and they can

do great things for you too!

                          -Becky C.

Upon initial visit my pain threshold was a 10+

   on a 1 - 10 scale.  Within 4 visits I was PAIN

FREE! I have to admit I was skeptical that I

was going to get much relief with pain that

severe.  I was wrong, I've been back pain free

   ever since!  Thanks!

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a natural method of health care with the proven ability to relieve back pain, increase vitality, and promote
well-being. For over a century, doctors of chiropractic have successfully helped millions of individuals recover from spine-related
health problems. As a result, chiropractic has earned its place as the largest drugless and non-surgical health care profession in
 the United States.

The human body possesses a natural ability to restore itself. This ability depends on a

healthy nervous system. Life's events such as automobile accidents, sports injuries,
repetitive work, and home stress are just some of the factors that can overwhelm the
body's ability to adapt. The joints of the spine 'lock up' when these events occur,
limiting range of motion. Spinal joint restriction and/or misalignment, called
subluxations, results in irritation and/or pressure at the spinal nerve.
